Single button chronograph

Important early single button chronograph wristwatch. Concord, case No.47124. Made circa 1918. Fine and rare, early, 14K gold wristwatch with single button chronograph register. Polished, curved bezel and band, hinged single mobile lugs, hinged back. Hinged gold cuvette. White enamel with painted black and yellow Arabic numerals, outer minutes/fifths of a second division, subsidiary dials for the seconds and the 30 minute register black luminescent hands. Frosted gilt, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 32/36 mm.
