Early 20th century sapphire and diamond crossover ring, c.1905
Coronet set with a round cut diamond (weight 0.76 ct) and sapphire (weight 0.75ct), graduated diamonds (0.4 ct) along the shoulders, reeded shank, mounted in platinum and gold.
The diamond has a J-K colour and a VVS-VS clarity.
The sapphire has a beautiful saturated Kashmir colour and shows no signs of heat treatment.
