Elaborate handmade silver dish dating from the end of the 19th century in Japonisme style.
This style served as inspiration for the Art Nouveau, both where introduced and promoted by Siegfried Bing. This dish is decorated with a fan and bamboo motives.
The dish is covered with decorative engravings, the central engraving is a grasshopper and a branch.
