Antique Cameo depicting st George and the Dragon cameo pendant/brooch.
This 19th century Cameo brooch is in good condition but does have a small dent in the frame (see photo). The Cameo is set in a heavy 14 carat yellow gold and is made from a Sardonyx shell.
