Victorian Onyx Locket Pendant.

A stunning antique, Victorian era locket pendant.

Smooth highly polished rich black onyx with a applique in the shape of a bouget of flowers set with creamy white half seed pearls. Hanging from a gold stepped motif bail.

To the reverse there is a locket panel, bordered in gold, with a glassed compartment that today can be used to hold a photograph or as originally often was done a lock of hair. 

Make, late 19th century, made of 15ct gold.
