18K gold Cameo brooch-pendant

Antique cameo brooch and pendant in soft pink and creamy white tones. This piece can be worn both as a brooch and as a pendant. The bale of the pendant  can be folded to hide it when worn as a brooch. The cameo is cut from a light coloured piece of Conch shell. Depicting a portrait of a woman with flowing hair and a dress with draped neckline.
