Probably American 1930s Art Deco brooch made in 18 carat white gold and platinum and set with 16 European cut diamonds and a cabochon cut verneuil sapphire (weight 1.9 ct).
The diamonds have a VS clarity and an H (Wesselton) colour.
Total diamond weight 0.45 ct.
