This finely made medallion is fitted with a layered agate that is decorated with a gold and diamond M. It is fitted with another five old mine cut diamonds with an average diameter of 2,5 millimeters.
On the back there is a hinged compartment with a glazed door. This compartment is enough to store photo?s or other memorabilia.
